Learning and AI Instructions are out of Beta
Two features that shape how your AI writes, Learning and AI Instructions, are now generally available. The Beta label is gone. Nothing about how you use them changes.
Some features earn their way out of Beta by being used, day in and day out, until the "experimental" label stops being true. Learning and AI Instructions have hit that point. Both are now generally available.
What changed
The Beta badge has been removed from two features:
- Learning, which you'll find in the left sidebar. It's where FirstSales shows the engagement signal your AI draws on to improve your drafts over time.
- AI Instructions, the tab inside the campaign builder where you give your AI standing guidance on how to write for a campaign.
That's the whole change on the surface: the badge is gone. Nothing about how either feature works has changed, and there's nothing to enable or migrate. Both live exactly where they did before. What's different is what the badge was signaling. These are no longer previews we're asking you to try at your own risk. They're supported, stable parts of the product you can build your workflow around.
How to use it
- Learning is in the left sidebar. Open it to see the reward and engagement signals your AI is learning from as your campaigns run.
- AI Instructions is a tab in the campaign builder. Open it to tell your AI how you want it to write for that campaign.
If you were already using them, keep going, nothing moved. If you'd been holding off because of the Beta label, this is the signal that it's safe to lean in.
Why it matters
A Beta label is a hedge. It tells you a feature might change under you, might have rough edges, might not be something to depend on, which is a perfectly reasonable thing to say about a new idea, and a perfectly good reason for a cautious team to wait. Taking the label off is a commitment in the other direction. These features are steady enough to build on, and we're standing behind them.
For the features that shape how your AI writes, that commitment matters more than most. AI Instructions and the self-learning AI behind Learning are exactly the kind of thing you want to invest in, tuning your instructions and letting the signal accumulate, and it's easier to make that investment when you know the ground won't shift.
