Product updates, improvements, and fixes from the FirstSales team.
- Fix
An approval notice no longer cancels emails that were ready
A notice asking you to approve a campaign could cancel emails that had already been prepared, so approving it produced far fewer sends than expected.

FirstSales pages are readable by AI assistants
Public pages now serve clean text to AI assistants that ask for it, so answers about FirstSales come from the actual documentation rather than a guess.

Rewrites keep the best version
When an email is rewritten to fix a quality problem, the best version is kept rather than the last one. A rewrite can no longer make an email worse than where it started.

First emails send even when research finds nothing
A first email no longer waits on research that returned nothing. It is written from what is known and sent, instead of the lead sitting out of the campaign.

A second reader for difficult websites
Sites that defeated the ordinary reader now get a second attempt with a browser-based one, so prospects with modern or protected websites still get properly researched emails.

Fewer leads get stuck waiting for research
Leads whose research could not complete used to wait indefinitely and never receive a first email. They are now released after a limit and written from what is known.

See exactly why leads did not make it into your list
Imports and harvests now show a breakdown of what was added, what was a duplicate and what was rejected, with the reason for each rejection instead of a single total.

Lead harvest gives you the number you asked for
Asking for 500 leads could return far fewer, because duplicates and rejects were counted against your total. The count now refers to leads actually added, and duplicates are reported separately.

Warmup ramps sensibly at low volumes
Warmup used to hold small senders near zero for weeks because it ramped by percentage. Low volume mailboxes now increase by a minimum step each day and reach useful volume on time.

Two small interface annoyances fixed
Analytics no longer jumps back to the top when data refreshes, and Chat no longer flashes an empty state for a moment before your conversation loads.

Open tracking no longer errors on unusual requests
Malformed or unusual requests to the open tracking endpoint returned errors and could distort your open figures. They are now handled quietly and counted correctly.

Scheduled sends stop colliding
Two emails could claim the same sending slot and one would be dropped without a trace. Slots are now assigned so collisions cannot happen, and a rejected claim is reported instead of swallowed.

Credit top-ups are never lost
Credit purchases now record reliably even when a payment notification arrives late or twice, so a completed top-up always appears in your balance.

Calendar connections are checked too
Calendar connections now have the same health checks as mailboxes, so a broken calendar shows up before it costs you a booked meeting.
