From first domain to scaling up
Every lesson maps to a step you can run
You can find a tip for every step online. What is hard to find is the order they go in, and which ones matter for the problem you have today.
A thread on subject lines, a post on warmup, a video on follow-ups. Each one makes sense alone. Together they do not tell you what to do first.
Most guides jump straight to the copy. But a great email from a cold domain with no authentication never reaches the inbox, so the copy never gets a chance.
Even when you know every step, doing all of them every day for every lead is a full-time job. Most people learn the loop, then run out of hours to keep it going.
The masterclass teaches the loop by hand, so you understand every part. What you do with it next is up to you.
Go front to back, or pick a reading path for your situation. Each chapter is short enough for a coffee break and ends with what to do next.
Fix your setup this week, your list the next, your follow-ups after that. Small changes in the right order beat a full rebuild that never ships.
When you would rather spend your time on the calls, FirstSales finds leads, researches them, writes each email, sends from warmed inboxes and follows up for you.
Each chapter has its own page, so you can read straight through or jump to the problem in front of you. The early chapters set up your sending. The later ones help you measure, stay compliant and grow.
15 chapters · about 125 minutes of reading in total
01
Why cold email still works, the mindset that earns a reply, the domains and mailboxes you send from, warming them up, and building a list worth writing to.
02
How a cold email is put together, how to make it about one person without spending all day on research, and how to follow up without nagging.
03
Keeping your mail out of spam over time, adding other channels where they help, using AI well, and reading the numbers that matter.
04
The rules you have to follow, how to grow volume without hurting your sender reputation, and a few tactics most senders never try.
You do not have to read all fifteen in one go. Pick the situation closest to yours and start there. Every chapter links to the next one when you are ready.
Start with the why and the mindset, then set up your domains and mailboxes properly before you write a word. Most early mistakes happen here, not in the copy.
Low replies are usually a list problem or a message problem. Check who you are writing to, then rebuild the email, the personal touch and the follow-ups.
Look at your setup and warmup first, then learn how inbox placement drifts over time and which sending habits push it the wrong way.
Before you raise volume, decide what you will measure. Then grow mailboxes, people and process together, and try the advanced tactics last.
No fluff, no upsell in every paragraph. Just the parts of cold email that decide whether you get replies, explained so you can act on them.
Mindset, setup, warmup, lists, writing, personalisation, follow-ups, deliverability, other channels, AI, measurement, compliance and scale. One course, one order.
Three chapters cover domains, mailboxes, authentication and warmup before you write a word. That is where most cold email quietly fails.
Founders, SDRs, agencies and consultants. Each chapter is about what you do on a Tuesday morning, not theory you will never use.
Every chapter is a public page. There is no signup, no email gate and no paywall halfway through. Share it with your whole team.
Most chapters are a single sitting. Read one before a campaign goes out, or keep the whole course open as a reference while you work.
Where a lesson matches a FirstSales feature, like warmup, verification or follow-up sequences, you can see how it runs in practice.
A course is only useful if it changes what you send. Here is how to read it, check your work against it and hand the routine parts to software.
Every chapter opens on its own page with the full table of contents beside it, so you always know where you are and what comes next. Read straight through, or open the chapter that matches today's problem and come back for the rest later.
The chapters end with clear actions. Collect them into a short list and run it before every campaign: is the domain authenticated, are the mailboxes warm, is the list verified, does the email read like a note from one person, are the follow-ups spaced and does the sequence stop on a reply.
Cold email is a loop, not a list. Your setup decides whether you reach the inbox. Your list decides who reads it. Your writing decides whether they reply. Your follow-ups catch the ones who were busy. Your numbers tell you which part to fix next, and the loop starts again.
Once you know how the loop works, you can decide which parts to run yourself. FirstSales warms your inboxes, verifies every address, researches each lead, writes each email for one person, sends the follow-ups and stops when someone replies. You keep the parts that need you: the offer, the rules and the calls.
If you only remember a few things from the masterclass, make it these. They hold whatever you sell and whoever you sell to.
If your email never reaches the inbox, nothing else matters. Send from a separate domain, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm new mailboxes slowly and keep daily volume modest per mailbox. Only then is it worth working on the words.
A perfect email to the wrong person goes nowhere. A plain email to the right person at the right moment often gets a reply. Spend real time on who you write to, and verify every address so bounces do not hurt your reputation.
A cold email should read like a note from one person to another. Keep it short, plain text, no images and no wall of links. Open with something about them, say why you are writing in one line and ask one easy question.
People are busy, and the first email often lands at the wrong moment. Follow up a few times, space the emails out, add something new each time, and stop the moment they reply or ask you to stop.
Track bounces, replies and meetings by campaign. Open rates are a weak signal now that many mail apps load images on their own. If replies drop, look at the list and the message. If bounces rise, look at the list and the setup.
Add mailboxes and domains instead of pushing more through one. Honour every opt-out quickly, say who you are and why you are writing, and learn the rules for the countries you send to. Reputation takes months to build and days to lose.
One line for each part of the loop. If you cannot tick a line, the chapter for it is linked above.
“One of the biggest pains in cold email is making sure that you have your DNS setup correctly. Firstsales has created a system to make sure you have done this correctly.”
Real words from real users. No paid reviews.
