A fresh coat of paint

New logo across the app, with proper dark and light variants, and refreshed branding in the emails we send you.

The FirstSales app and the emails we send you are wearing a new look. This is a visual update — the product works exactly the same way — but the details matter, especially for a tool you're inside every day.

Updated branding

The app now wears our new logo, with dedicated dark and light variants so it looks sharp in both themes. Transactional emails — the ones we send you for onboarding, notifications, and account activity — got the same refresh, including dark-mode support in email clients that offer it.

Where you'll notice it

  • In the app: The sidebar logo and loading states across the app now use the updated mark, with the correct variant for whichever theme you're running.
  • Theme variants: Both the light and dark theme options under Settings → General → Appearance show the logo correctly — no more light logo on a dark background or vice versa.
  • In your inbox: Onboarding flows, notifications, and other transactional emails from FirstSales now carry the refreshed branding. If your email client supports dark mode, the email adapts and renders cleanly in that context.

Why brand consistency matters here

FirstSales is a tool you use to send emails on behalf of your own brand. The credibility of your outreach depends in part on the credibility of the platform you're running it from. A product that looks polished and well-maintained signals care — and that signal extends to how prospects perceive the emails your campaigns send.

The refresh also closes a specific visual gap: the old logo had no dark-mode variant, which meant it could render poorly in dark-themed interfaces and dark-mode email clients. The new variants are purpose-built for each context, so the mark always reads cleanly regardless of background.

What changed in emails

Transactional emails — account confirmations, onboarding steps, notifications, and similar system messages from FirstSales to you — now use the updated logo and color treatment. If you receive a FirstSales email in a dark-mode email client, the design adapts rather than inverting awkwardly.

No action needed on your end. The new branding is already live across the app and in all outgoing emails.

If you've saved screenshots or recordings of the app for onboarding your team, the sidebar logo will look different — that's expected. Everything else in the interface, including navigation, settings, and campaign flows, is unchanged. The only difference is what you see in the sidebar and in transactional emails from FirstSales.
