Follow-ups keep going when research runs out
Follow-ups no longer fail when there is nothing new to say about the prospect, or when our quality check is briefly down. They now carry on.
Some follow-ups used to stop when there was not enough research about the prospect, or when our quality check was briefly unavailable. They now carry on.
What changed
- Research runs out. If there is no new research to use, the follow-up is now written from your offer instead of failing. First emails already worked this way.
- Quality check down. If our quality check cannot answer for a while, the follow-up waits and tries again the next day instead of being cancelled.
Why it matters
Most replies come from follow-ups, not first emails. A follow-up that silently fails is a reply you never get.
