See your credit runway before it runs out
Billing now shows how long your credits will last and when they renew, so you can top up before a campaign stalls.
Running low on credits used to be something you found out about after a campaign already stopped sending. There was no warning light — just a balance number that told you what you had left, not whether that was enough to get you where you needed to go. Not anymore.
Your Billing page now shows a Credit Runway — a clear, at-a-glance read of how long your remaining credits will last at your current pace of enrichment, drafting, and sending. Right alongside it, a renewal countdown tells you exactly when your next credit refresh lands. Together, they turn a static balance into a forward-looking signal you can actually act on.
What changed
Billing previously showed your balance as a static number: credits left, full stop. That told you what you had, but not when you'd run out relative to what's actually renewing your plan. Two teams with the exact same credit balance could be in completely different situations — one cruising comfortably to renewal, the other about to run dry mid-week — and the balance alone couldn't tell them apart.
Now the Billing page pairs two numbers that answer the real question sales teams ask: will I make it to renewal, or do I need to act now?
- Credit Runway — an estimate of how long your current credit balance will last, based on your recent rate of usage across enrichment, AI drafting, and sends. As your usage pace changes — a new campaign launches, an existing one scales up, a quiet week slows things down — the runway reflects it.
- Renewal countdown — the number of days until your next credit renewal, shown right next to the runway so you're never doing the mental math yourself.
Put together, these two numbers tell you instantly whether your campaigns are on track or headed for a gap, without digging through usage history or cross-referencing your plan's billing cycle.
How to use it
- Go to your Billing page.
- Look for the Credit Runway panel — it shows your estimated days (or weeks) of credits remaining at your current usage rate.
- Check the renewal countdown next to it — this is when your credits refresh automatically.
- Compare the two: if your runway is shorter than your countdown to renewal, you're on track to run out before your next refresh. If it's longer, you're covered.
- If the runway is tight, top up credits or dial back enrichment/sending volume on lower-priority campaigns until renewal — whichever fits how your team operates.
- Check back periodically, especially before launching a new campaign or scaling up an existing one. A burst of enrichment or a wave of new sends can shorten your runway fast, so it's worth a glance any time your usage pattern is about to shift.
- Use it as a standing check-in, not a one-time read: teams running steady weekly volume can treat a comfortable runway as a green light and move on, while anyone ramping up should watch it more closely.
Why it matters
Credits power everything that moves a prospect toward a booked meeting: enrichment pulls the data, AI drafting writes the message, and sends put it in front of the buyer. When credits run out mid-campaign, none of that continues — sequences stop advancing, follow-ups don't go out, and until now, that was often a surprise. A campaign would just quietly stop, and the first sign was usually a drop in replies or a rep asking why a sequence went silent for no obvious reason.
Credit Runway turns that into something you see coming. Instead of reacting after the fact — piecing together why a campaign stalled after it already has — you can look at the runway next to your renewal date and make a call while there's still time: top up now, throttle usage on less-critical campaigns, or simply confirm you're comfortably covered until renewal.
For teams running multiple campaigns at once, this is especially useful heading into a renewal period, when usage across campaigns tends to compound and it's easy to lose track of the aggregate pace. You can tell at a glance whether your current rate is sustainable or whether a few campaigns need to slow down so the ones closest to booking meetings keep running uninterrupted.
It's a small addition to the Billing page, but it closes a real gap between having credits and knowing whether they'll last. Credits are the fuel behind every send, and now you can see the gauge before the tank hits empty — not after a campaign has already gone quiet.
