The inbox now warns you if a new reply arrives while you write, shows when a teammate is replying, and gives you a few seconds to undo a send.

Three small changes make replying safer, especially when a team shares an inbox.
What changed
- New reply warning. If the prospect sends another message while you are writing, FirstSales holds your reply and tells you. Read the new message first, then send. Your draft is kept.
- See who is replying. When a teammate is writing a reply in the same conversation, you see their name next to the To line. No more double answers.
- Undo window. After you click Send, you get a few seconds to take it back, and your draft comes back to edit.
All three also work through the API and Chat.
Why it matters
Two people answering the same prospect, or answering an old message after a new one arrived, looks careless. These checks stop both before they happen.
