# Reply safety: new-reply warning, who is replying, and undo

The inbox now warns you if a new reply arrives while you write, shows when a teammate is replying, and gives you a few seconds to undo a send.

Three small changes make replying safer, especially when a team shares an inbox.

## What changed

* **New reply warning.** If the prospect sends another message while you are writing, FirstSales holds your reply and tells you. Read the new message first, then send. Your draft is kept.
* **See who is replying.** When a teammate is writing a reply in the same conversation, you see their name next to the To line. No more double answers.
* **Undo window.** After you click Send, you get a few seconds to take it back, and your draft comes back to edit.

All three also work through the API and Chat.

## Why it matters

Two people answering the same prospect, or answering an old message after a new one arrived, looks careless. These checks stop both before they happen.
