# Meetings now book with real links, and analytics count them right

Your AI-drafted meeting replies now carry a real, working booking link and time slot — and your campaign analytics finally reflect meetings that were actually booked.

Two changes ship together today because they solve the same underlying problem: getting credit for, and delivering on, meetings your campaigns actually book.

Up to now, when the AI proposed or confirmed a meeting time in a reply, the draft could go out with a placeholder instead of the real link and slot — a prospect might click through to a dead page or a link that didn't match the time they'd agreed to. And even when a meeting genuinely got booked on the back end, your campaign's "Meetings Booked" count didn't always reflect it. That combination quietly undermined two different things at once: the experience your prospect had after saying yes, and your own ability to trust the number that tells you which campaigns are actually working. A campaign could be booking real meetings and still show a flat or understated count, making it look weaker than it was — or worse, making a genuinely productive campaign easy to overlook when deciding where to invest more outreach.

## What changed

**Real links and times in meeting drafts.** When the AI books or proposes a meeting inside a reply, the actual meeting link and the actual booked time slot now flow directly into the draft your prospect receives. This isn't a cosmetic fix to how the draft looks — it's the underlying data path that previously could leave a placeholder in the outgoing message now carrying through the real, working details end to end. No placeholder text, no generic or stale link, no mismatch between what the prospect sees and what was actually reserved on the calendar. The draft matches what was really booked, every time.

**Accurate meeting attribution in analytics.** Your campaign's "Meetings Booked" metric, and the goal-completion rate tied to it, now count meetings that were genuinely booked. This closes the gap between what happened in the inbox and what showed up on the dashboard. A recent verification run confirmed this working end to end: a campaign with one real booked meeting correctly showed Meetings Booked = 1 and a 100% goal-completion rate — the kind of straightforward, expected result that previously wasn't guaranteed.

Together, these close the loop between what your AI does in the inbox and what your dashboard tells you about it. One without the other would still leave a gap: correct drafts with an analytics view you can't trust, or trustworthy analytics built on drafts that don't actually complete the booking.

## How to use it

1. Open the **Inbox** and find a thread where the AI has drafted a reply confirming or proposing a meeting. The draft now shows the real meeting link and the real booked time slot — review it like any other draft before it sends, and you'll see the link and time match what was actually reserved rather than a placeholder.
2. Go to a campaign's **analytics view** to check **Meetings Booked**. This number now reflects meetings your campaign actually booked, not an undercount you'd have to mentally adjust upward.
3. Check the campaign's **goal-completion rate** alongside Meetings Booked — it's calculated from the same corrected data, so the two numbers now tell a consistent story about how the campaign is performing, rather than pulling in different directions.
4. Use Meetings Booked across your active campaigns to see, at a glance, which ones are actually converting outreach into meetings — this is now a number you can act on when deciding where to shift budget, tighten targeting, or scale up sending, not just a rough signal you had to double-check manually.

## Why it matters

When your AI books a meeting, your prospect needs a link and time that actually work — that's the difference between a completed booking and a support ticket, a confused reply, or a no-show caused by a mismatched time. Every one of those failure modes costs you a meeting you'd already earned. And when you're deciding where to put budget or headcount next, you need to know which campaigns are truly producing meetings versus which ones just look busy — a campaign that's quietly your best performer shouldn't be underrated because the count didn't reflect its real output. This fix makes both of those things trustworthy at once: the draft your prospect gets is the meeting you actually booked, and the number on your dashboard is the number that really happened. That's accurate attribution paired with a booking flow that actually completes — the two things you need to know your outreach is working and to keep it working.
