# Inbox compose tools

Cc and Bcc, reply all, forward, snooze, schedule send, undo send, saved drafts, attachments, templates, and emailing any address, all in the inbox.

The inbox now has the tools you expect from a full email app.

## What changed

* **Cc and Bcc**, with address chips you can add and remove.
* **Reply all and forward.**
* **Snooze** a conversation until later. It comes back when the time is up.
* **Schedule send** for a time that suits the prospect.
* **Undo send.** A short window after you click Send to take it back.
* **Saved drafts.** Save a draft and finish it later, from any device.
* **Attachments.**
* **Templates.** Insert a saved reply in one click.
* **Email anyone.** Write to any address, not just existing contacts. FirstSales adds the person as a contact for you.

When something might stop a send, such as an unsubscribed address or your daily limit, FirstSales now tells you and lets you decide, instead of quietly blocking it. A disconnected mailbox still stops the send, because the email cannot go out.

## How to use it

Open Inbox and start a reply, or choose Compose to write a new email. The tools sit in the reply box.

## Why it matters

You should not need to switch to another app to answer a prospect properly. Now everything you need is right where the conversation is.
