# Drafts with one unproven sentence are fixed and sent

An email with one sentence we could not back up used to wait for review. Now that sentence is removed and the email goes out.

Every email is checked before it is sent. If one sentence made a claim we could not back up, the whole email used to be held for review, even when the rest was fine.

## What changed

* The unproven sentence is now removed, and the rest of the email is sent. An email is held only if nothing usable is left.
* Naming the prospect or their company no longer counts as an unproven claim.
* The quality score is now advice. It is still shown, but it no longer holds an email back.

Safety checks still stop an email: unsubscribed or bounced contacts, error text, spam phrases and links that are not allowed.

## Why it matters

Held emails sit in a queue and do not reach anyone. Fewer emails now wait for review for no good reason.
